Returns:

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order), without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by initiating a return through your account, or by contacting us directly at info@westcorkbeardcompany.ie

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your product, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@westcorkbeardcompany.ie and send your item to: West Cork Beard Co Ltd, Old Timoleague Road, Clonakilty, Cork, P85W925.
